Tucked in a side street just minutes off the seafront, you could easily walk past this tiny shop.  But don’t! I popped in just last week for props for a shoot. The reason – everything in the shop seemlessly works together – which is good news when looking for bits and pieces to style a shoot.

The homewares they source have a Scandi feel but they also have kitchen wares from Japan - like the wasbai bowl and table brushes. Everything just fits together. Siiigh! Even their shop logo is super stylishly cool. Shop in Brighton? Let Interior Stylist Maxine Brady from WeLoveHome show you her pick of the best stores in her home town. Starting with Workshop.

#1 They have cleverly painted the walls white to create a clean backdrop for showcasing their selection of wooden bowls and old fashioned lanterns. The two floors of this shop are light and airy. I love the stripped back washed wood of the furniture, don’t you? I’m a little bit in love with the brick flooring which has an industrial look too.

#2 Enamelware always remind me of camping – in a good way. I love these spoons and the little dishes for serving up food. And who doesn’t like a wicker storage baskets to stash away clutter in the home? I like the recycled water glasses too.

#3 I’ve just finished my bathroom and I’m on the look out for smart accessories to dress my room. These simple cloths are perfect for guests towels. And the metal dishes are perfect for the scented soaps they sell (I have the cocoa butter one by my basin right now).

#4 They have large stripped wooden shelving to display bowls, cottons and homewares of wooden shelving units. As well as simple hooks on the walls to display lovely chopping boards and linen aprons. {We#4 They have large stripped wooden shelving to display bowls, cottons and homewares. The shop has only recently opened - and I am already a complete fan. I have snapped up a mini chopping board for cheese, wooden brushes for cleaning, lots of natural soaps and a room scent for my linens. Yep, I have shopped till I dropped in this place for sure. You have to check out their instagram account which, I have to say, is one of the best I have seen for a shop a long while.Shop in Brighton?
